This pillow is a godsend for pregnant women. It supports just about every part of the body that needs it and it's SO COMFORTABLE!
The only complaint I have is that it takes up a lot of room so hubby doesn't have much room left in the bed!

Somewhere around 18 weeks, I started becoming so uncomfortable at night. I have always been a fan of sleeping with multiple pillows, but I was having to build a fortress to get remotely comfortable. I had read positive reviews of the Snoogle and had seen it at Babies R Us. I finally had enough and sent this link to my husband at work (BRU is a mile from his office,) and asked him to please bring it home.

He came home, exclaiming, "This was $50!" I assured him it was the best $50 he has ever spent. Now, I only sleep with the Snoogle and one other pillow in the open part of the Snoogle. It is, indeed, huge, so it's a good thing we have a king sized bed. However, now that I'm at 33 weeks, I can't imagine sleeping without it. It really helps the back pain.

I took off one star because I feel that for the money, the cover could be made of a nicer, softer fabric.

BUY THIS - IT'S WORTH EVERY PENNEY! I'm normally a back sleeper with arthritis in my hips & wasn't excited about sleeping on my side with the pregnancy, but this pillow has made sleeping a non-issue - it is truly amazing. I'm more comfortable than I have been in years. Also, the sides flip up and stay up easily for snuggling purposes, and the many trips to the bathroom. Plus the cover zips off and washes up nicely. I'm 5'9" and it fits me just fine and gives me the back, belly and leg support that other pillows can't (because they're the wrong shape). Take my advice - stop your search and buy this amazing pillow!

I got this as I was entering my third trimester. I was looking for something that would keep me from sleeping on my back. I do not like tall pillows so I was concerned it would be uncomfortable. It did take some getting used to -- the first couple of nights I had a little bit of neck pain. I did rearrange it and eventually got used to the higher position, however. I also ended up waking on my back, despite the pillow, though I was propped at an angle because of the pillow. Overall, I think it does a good job of keeping my position to the side most of the time, as without it I revert to my back in no time at all. I agree with previous reviews that the cover is not the softest in the world. However, at least this one includes it -- the one at babies are us that I looked at in the store does not even come with a cover. Overall I think it's better than having 5 pillows around you that shift around all night long. While it's big, it's not as much of a concern as some have said -- if you have a pillow between your knees and one behind your back, that takes up more space than the snoogle.

I'm using this pillow for about a week now and here's what I noticed.
I'm at 27 weeks and my belly is not too big, but it still caused me a lot of trouble while sleeping. I had to spend about 10 minutes every night getting comfortable enough with all the pillows, and of course by the time I do (pretty much) I'd have to get up and go to the bathroom :)
I now use the Snoogle pillow along with only 2(!) extra pillows and it does help.
I'll skip the pros part as the other reviewers did a good job describing them. But here are the cons that could definetely be improved by the manufacturer:
1. The seam that goes all the way on the inside curve of the pillow is very stiff when the pillow is stretched around your body. This is very uncomfortable as I usually feel it either on my shoulder, neck or the chest depending on the position I take.
It is touching all those soft areas and feels almost like a cardboard across the skin.
2. The fabric of the pillow is kind of rough and it is not too pleasant for the skin of the face. I am thinking about sewing the case out of the softer fabric, but it could be a little complicated because of the odd shape and the length of the pillow.
3. The price. It has been mentioned before, that the pillow itself is very simple made, so I guess it's the idea that costs that much.
All these items could probably be improved by the manufacturer so the product really does make a perfect pregnancy product.
