This has provided me with great rest! The pillowcase is an animal to get on, but I think it's well worth it. The only thing that bugs me a little bit is that I still have some neck pain with it, but I just have to learn more creative ways to position the pillow against myself. It is expensive but the support from behind allows me to roll on back and not be flat! I recommend the purchase.
